Call for Exhibitors

On November 5, 2013, Adelphi University will host the 12th Annual Partnerships in Health Conference. This annual conference promotes the exchange of ideas and research among professionals in health education and related disciplines from Long Island and neighboring communities.

We are pleased to invite you to exhibit materials. We expect approximately 150-200 health educators from the island and surrounding areas to attend the conference.

A table will be set up for your organization on the first or second floors of the University Center. The conference runs from 7:45 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. You should plan to arrive at approximately 7:30 a.m. to set up your materials. One representative from your organization may partake in the Continental Breakfast and Luncheon. You do not have to register for the conference to exhibit. However, if you are interested in attending the workshops, registration is required. Breakfast and lunch can be purchased from University Food Service located on the first floor of the University Center for additional representatives from your organization.

Non-Profit Organizations can exhibit for free. Please provide 501(c)3 document. For-Profit Organizations are charged $50.00 exhibitor’s fee

The deadline for exhibitors is May 31, 2013.
