M.A. in Community Health Education| Career Opportunities

Community health educators work with individuals, families, or other groups in a variety of settings that include:

  • academic institutions
  • local, city, and state organizations
  • international health organizations
  • non-profit or voluntary organizations
  • primary care agencies, hospitals, and other tertiary care institutions
  • occupational and industrial work sites.

Graduates of the Master of Arts in community health education hold positions at leading education institutions and organizations in New York State including:

  • Nassau County Department of Drug and Alcohol Addiction
