Community health educators work with individuals, families, or other groups in a variety of settings that include:
- academic institutions
- local, city, and state organizations
- international health organizations
- non-profit or voluntary organizations
- primary care agencies, hospitals, and other tertiary care institutions
- occupational and industrial work sites.
Graduates of the Master of Arts in community health education hold positions at leading education institutions and organizations in New York State including:
