The Educational Leadership and Technology (EDL) program is specifically designed to prepare individuals for leadership roles as principals, assistant principals, department chairpersons or supervisors. Offered in conjunction with the School of Business and the College of Arts and Sciences, it combines education, business and technology courses. EDL offers Master of Arts, certificate and advanced certificate programs.

Courses are offered at Adelphi's main Garden City Campus and Manhattan Center on Saturdays in eight-week cycles. Traditional 15-week semesters offered in Garden City during the week.

The program is the only of its kind on Long Island. EDL's multidisciplinary approach provides students with a unique perspective on the use of standards-based policies and the role of technology at every level of educational practice. Through a combination of theoretical and field-based study, students develop proficiency in leadership and managing personnel in educational institutions.
