ELY 635: Teacher candidates will create appropriate literacy goals and strategies for the bilingual exceptional child in various developmental stages and levels of language proficiency. Candidates will examine theories and methods of instruction in reading and writing that can be implemented to address the needs of bilingual students with special needs.
