SPH 673: Language Assessment/ Intervention: Autism Spectrum Disorders 1 credit This course focuses on the nature of communication skills of individuals with autism spectrum disorders (ASD). It will provide the knowledge of assessment and intervention approaches related to improvements in social communication. Programs for autism that address language and social communication will be discussed along with issues of collaboration with families.
