SPH 644: This course will cover auditory development, the causes and effects of hearing loss in the pediatric population, and the methods and procedures involved in the identification and assessment of hearing impairment and auditory function in children. Rehabilitation, including amplification and education of the hearing impaired child, will be discussed.
