ELY 750: Assessing & Addressing Literacy Needs I 3 credits This course will concentrate on assessment of reading and writing ability with the purpose of enhancing literacy instruction for all learners. Both formal and informal assessment strategies will be examined. Students will work with individuals at various ages who are struggling readers and writers.
