EDL 666: ( School ) Leadership 3 credits This course presents school leadership from theoretical and practical points of view. With no comprehensive theory of leadership, the major theories--including trait, behavioral, contingency, transformation, and management style--will be studied, as well as facilitating change, career development, gender and diversity issues, and team building. Field project required.
